DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Review and monitor user-generated content to ensure compliance with platform policies and community standards
- Investigate and resolve reported cases of policy violations, fraud, or inappropriate behavior
- Identify and escalate high-risk issues while maintaining confidentiality and data security
- Provide timely, empathetic support to users, balancing platform integrity with user satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance processes and ensure continuous service improvement
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to maintain quality standards.
REQUIREMENTS
- Native/fluent in Dutch both verbal and written. Fluent in English
- Valid work permit for Spain or EU citizenship
- Strong affinity with back-office operations and content moderation
- Computer literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Exceptional attention to detail, efficiency, and empathy
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
- Willingness to work in a 24/7 shift system, including nights and weekends. Option of part time employment is also available for this role.
