Responsibilities:

• Review of all permit applications
• Participate in creating and enhancing our safety culture.
• Maintain accurate records.
• Maintain relationships with suppliers and contractors.
• Deal with enquiries regarding control of work and space
• Deliver training to suppliers and contractors.
• Monitor compliance.
• Prepare reports.
• Participate in audits.
• Assist in any other site requests or EHS work.

Requirements:

• Language - fluency in written and spoken English
• Computer literate
• The ability to work well both as part of a team and on your own.
• Health and Safety qualification, Nebosh / IOSH / other
• Risk assessment/Method statement understanding.
• Broad technical knowledge of facilities management and building systems.
• Responsive to customer requests in an empathic, supportive, and productive manner
• Experience of working across national borders.

Nice to have:

• Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical systems and construction techniques
• Language - business fluency in German, French, Spanish, or Hebrew would be a bonus.
• Technical drawing skills
• First aid qualification
• Management of Risk qualification
