Join our team as a Data Analytics and Insights Lead, where you will analyze clinical, operational, and real-world data to identify patterns and trends that will be used to improve data quality and process. This role is pivotal in supporting our Digital Transformation initiatives, ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Accountabilities:
As a Data Analytics and Insights Lead, you will be responsible for supporting the development and execution of data solutions strategies. You will assist in the adoption of cutting-edge digital tools and platforms, driving continuous innovation within the organization. Your role will involve performing data wrangling, designing data preparation workflows, and communicating data-driven insights to non-technical stakeholders and senior leadership.

Essential Skills/Experience:

Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Computer Science or related field with at least 7 years of experience
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL
Experience with AI/ML frameworks and tools such as Tensor Flow, Py Torch, or Scikit-learn
Proficiency in data visualization development (e.g., Power BI)
Ability to interpret and communicate technical information in business language
Experience with data integrations and data flow architectures
Understanding of regulatory requirements and guidelines related to clinical data and trials (e.g., FDA, EMA)
Effective verbal and written communication, influencing, and partnering skills

Desirable

Strong knowledge of emerging, innovative technologies in clinical trial management
Experience of working in a global organization with complex/ geographical context
Experience in agile working practices and a good understanding of project management techniques and methods
Knowledge of the end-to-end clinical trial process
