At IFF we are driving data analytics to accelerate operational performance, make better decisions and provide higher quality service to our customers. To achieve this, we are looking for experts that will help leverage the potential of data (end-to-end) available in ERP´s and associated applications and drive our Process Analysis capabilities.

• Supporting end-to-end Process Mining initiatives across various processes
• Applying data-driven approach for business transformation
• Revealing process inefficiencies & bottlenecks and turning those insights into actions
• Designing and developing process monitoring dashboards and process execution instruments
• Use state-of-the-art process analytics and transformation technologies

• Graduate in Computer Science and/or Engineering and/or Business
• Experience with data extraction, transformation, analysis, and visualization
• Basic computer programming skills (SQL)
• Strong analytical skills
• Willingness to upskill in Process Mining
• Familiarity with at least one enterprise suite (SAP, Oracle etc.) is a big plus
• Strong communication skills: ability to explain solutions in person and in writing
• English is a must, proficiency in other European languages is highly desired

• Languages: Fluent English written and spoken
• Strong computer/systems capability. (EPM, SAP, Excel, Power Point, Power BI, macros)
• Strong ability to understand and simplify complex problems
• Strong analytical skill, including data management
• Ability to organize and prioritize
• Strong attention to detail desired
• Excellent communication and networking skills are a must: being a strong team player
