Global Productivity Manager - Flavors

Job Summary
We are looking for a Global Productivity Manager who will be responsible for coordinating productivity initiatives within our Flavors Division to drive margin expansion through effective supply chain management, sourcing strategies, plant fixed cost optimization, and business fixed costs modernization. This role will also focus on enhancing our overall cost structure and managing/improving working capital. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, and a proven track record in productivity management projects.
In your role as Global Productivity Manager, you will be part of our Global Productivity & PMO team, supporting the Productivity & PMO Director as well as many other stakeholders to ideate, drive, and execute productivity initiatives within our Flavors Division, in order to support margin expansion and continuous process optimization, allowing the business to reinvest for growth.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
General responsibilities:

Be the main leader for Productive initiatives across Flavors Division (Lean and Six Sigma methodologies)

Partner with Finance to monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to Productivity programs
Drive Productivity initiatives across Flavors Division:
-
Margin Expansion: partner with Supply Chain to identify opportunities to reduce/optime plant fixed cost, input costs through Procurement and improve operational efficiency

Working Capital:
-
Develop and execute plans to improve working capital management, including inventory control, accounts receivable, and accounts payable (optimize cash-flow and reduce working capital requirements)

Implement best practices for working capital management and continuously seek opportunities for improvement.

RSA Expenses: analyze and suggest improvement opportunities for R&D (Creation & Innovation), Selling and Administrative expense across various departments and processes
Project Management:

Lead cross-functional projects aimed at improving productivity and efficiency

Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget

Communicate project progress and results to stakeholders and senior management
Stakeholder Collaboration:
-
Work closely with functional departments, business units to identify and implement productivity improvement initiatives
-
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the organization
-
Provide training and support to teams on productivity tools and techniques
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Master’s degree or MBA preferred

Minimum of 7 years of experience in productivity management, supply chain management, or a related field
-
Fluent in English and Spanish is a must
-
Strong knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
-
Proven track record of driving margin expansion and cost structure productivity

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
-
Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-
Proficiency in MS Office and ERP software

Travel: maximum 15% of the time
Location: Oviedo, Asturias, Spain. Flexibility to combine on-site and remote work (3 days per week on-site).
