• Be the main leader for Productive initiatives across Flavors Division (Lean and Six Sigma methodologies)
• Partner with Finance to monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to Productivity programs

• Margin Expansion: partner with Supply Chain to identify opportunities to reduce/optime plant fixed cost, input costs through Procurement and improve operational efficiency
• Working Capital:
  • Develop and execute plans to improve working capital management, including inventory control, accounts receivable, and accounts payable (optimize cash-flow and reduce working capital requirements)
  • Implement best practices for working capital management and continuously seek opportunities for improvement.
• RSA Expenses: analyze and suggest improvement opportunities for R&D (Creation & Innovation), Selling and Administrative expense across various departments and processes

• Lead cross-functional projects aimed at improving productivity and efficiency
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget
• Communicate project progress and results to stakeholders and senior management

• Work closely with functional departments, business units to identify and implement productivity improvement initiatives
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the organization
• Provide training and support to teams on productivity tools and techniques

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Master’s degree or MBA preferred
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in productivity management, supply chain management, or a related field
• Fluent in English and Spanish is a must
• Strong knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
• Proven track record of driving margin expansion and cost structure productivity
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP software
