Location
You'll have the flexibility to choose whether you'd like to come to the office every day, from time to time, or work fully remote. We want you to find the best combination for you.

- Collaborate with BE Tech Leads, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure data integrity and quality.
- Collaborate with BI team and analysts to develop and maintain data management standards and policies.
- Define and maintain processes for data identification, cleansing, standardization, and enrichment.
- Manage and monitor data quality, identifying and addressing issues or inconsistencies.
- Develop and maintain a centralized data dictionary, documenting the structure, definitions, and relationships of datasets.
- Collaborate with BI team to understand data needs and requirements, and ensure they are appropriately captured and managed.
- Participate in system integration projects and data migration, ensuring data consistency and integrity throughout the process.
- Stay informed about emerging trends and technologies in data management to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Previous experience in a data management role, preferably in a business or IT environment.
- Strong understanding of data management principles, including cleansing, standardization, enrichment, and quality.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate, train, and develop team members.
- Deep knowledge of data management tools and technologies, such as relational databases (My SQL, Postgre SQL, etc.), big data, ETL tools, and Master Data Management (MDM) platforms.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to efficiently identify and resolve data quality issues.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with different levels of the organization and diverse stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Statistics, or related field; a postgraduate degree would be an added advantage.
- Certifications in data management, such as CDMP (Certified Data Management Professional), would be highly valued.
- Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Leadership qualities, including mentorship, strategy, decision making and coaching.
- Knowledge of e-commerce best practices and emerging trends in BI and analytics.
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills as well as interpersonal skill.
