En ENOR, estamos seleccionando, un DELEGADO (H/M) para la Delegación de Galicia Centro.
Las principales responsabilidades de la posición son las siguientes:
- Supervisar y/o realizar las acciones comerciales con clientes y prescriptores, planificando y realizando las visitas correspondientes, para conseguir el cumplimiento de los objetivos de volumen, cuota y rentabilidad establecidos.
- Coordinación del equipo de comerciales responsabilizándose de la consecución de los objetivos de ventas de su equipo y de su Delegación.
- Asegurar el control presupuestario de la delegación, cumpliendo los objetivos de optimización de costes fijados.
- Controlar la gestión de cobros con los clientes, asegurando los objetivos de saldos establecidos.
- Planificar la actividad técnica de su delegación, asegurando una correcta asignación de medios para el cumplimiento de los compromisos adquiridos con los clientes.
- Analizar informes de gestión interna para control y seguimiento de evolución y objetivos.
- Responsabilizarse de la gestión del equipo a cargo, garantizando el cumplimiento de las políticas y procesos establecidos por la dirección de RR.HH. para el desarrollo del equipo: su formación anual, gestión de desempeño, motivación y fidelización del talento.
- Responsabilizarse de la comunicación interna dentro de su delegación, a todos los niveles, lo que incluye la realización de reuniones periódicas establecidas.
- Garantizar el cumplimiento de objetivos de Seguridad (incluyendo FPA), Ética y Calidad, establecidos por las respectivas direcciones.
- Cumplir en todas sus actuaciones con los absolutos de la Compañía: Ética, Seguridad y Calidad.
REQUISITOS:
- FORMACIÓN: Valorable titulación universitaria en Ingenieria, Arquitectura o ADE.
- OFIMÁTICA: dominio Microsoft Office 365.
- IDIOMAS: Valorable nivel medio de inglés (B1 – B2).
COMPETENCIAS: enfoque al cliente, orientación a resultados, comunicación, trabajo en equipo, planificación, adaptabilidad y resolución de problemas.
