The Project!
We require a versatile and detail-oriented professional to join as a Developer, Designer, and Technician. This role combines product development, practical design, and technical expertise to produce products oriented for our business unit, focusing on creating commercially viable collections.
What will the role entail?

The Project!
We require a versatile and detail-oriented professional to join as a Developer, Designer, and Technician. This role combines product development, practical design, and technical expertise to produce products oriented for our business unit, focusing on creating commercially viable collections.
What will the role entail?
- Develop technical drawings and specifications for new products.
- Adapt existing designs to improve functionality and performance based on client feedback.
- Provide detailed specifications and measurement chars and approvals for collections, ensuring alignment with design and production standards.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for all products.
- Trouble shoot and resolve technical issues that arise during the design and production process.
- Ensure all technical aspects of garment production are managed efficiently.
- Maintain strong communication with suppliers, ensuring timely and accurate production and development.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive development processes.
- Report on development progress and any issues to senior management.
- Oversee the technical aspects of garment production.
- Work with suppliers to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- 3 years of experience in a similar position
- High level of english
- High level of excel
- Master degree or specialized course in pattern making and garment measurements.
- Proven experience in fashion design, garment production, and product development.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and other design tools (e.g., Photoshop).
- Experience working in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) environments is recommended.
- Strong understanding of fabrics, patterns, and garment construction.
- Excellent technical skills and attention to detail.
- Creative mindset with the ability to translate ideas into commercially viable products.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
