ENGAGEMENT DELIVERY LEAD
Location: Spain
As Engagement Delivery Lead you will participate in Level 2 & 3 support activities, IAM platform operations, Application / system onboarding into IAM/PAM solution, and Engineering work.

What will make you successful in this position?

• Extensive experience on IAM support / operations / engineering managed services engagement delivey
• Strong knowledge of the following technology stack: Sail Point Identity Now, Cyber Ark, Ping, Entra ID, AD, AWS IAM and PKI (Microsoft, Digicert & Entrust)
• Strong knowledge of IAM processes and controls.
• Good experience in providing advisory services to client on IAM/PAM.
• Strong ability to build trust relationship with customer
• Strong capacity to manage customer expectations
• Strong collaboration mindset
• Strong written and verbal communication skills (Spanish & English).
• Strong desire to deliver high quality solutions and continuously improve quality of services.

What will be your mission?

• Be the point of contact for the client with regards to engagement
• Provide reporting on project execution
• Manage risks and associated mitigation plan
• Monitor and report on SLA adherence, define and track improvement action plan
• Ensure the team has the right skills to deliver the services, handle staffing
• Conduct capacity planning exercise and manage demand
• Drive continuous imporvement (efficiency, productivity and ticket reduction)
• Support the team to overcome issues
• Provide advisory on IAM to the client (organization, processes and tools)
