This role sits within the Data & Analytics at Consumer Healthcare (CHC) Digital. We are a dynamic team passionate about accompanying Sanofi CHC through its most exciting and challenging journey as it seeks to become a fully carved in P&L within Sanofi.
We are seeking to construct a best in class digital organization, where the ERP will be a solid and adaptive backbone of our systems and our supporting functions applications are innovation technology solutions that give our business the (digital) wings to fly everyday!

Main responsibilities:
Build and Communicate Technology Roadmap:

Develop the technology roadmap for SAP Analytics products, including S/4HANA, BW4/HANA, Business Objects (Lumira, Web I, Analysis for Office), SAP Analytics Cloud, and BODS. Ensure effective communication with stakeholders.

Establish and manage the operating model (on-site, nearshore, and offshore) for SAP Analytics administration and development.

Continuously improve SAP Analytics environments by adopting best practices for developing architectures. Collaborate with digital technology teams on monitoring, reporting, and optimizing platform performance.

Implement governance to manage projects and change requests impacting SAP Analytics products. Oversee the successful execution of the project portfolio.

Establish partnerships with functional architect teams and business units. Drive governance to translate business needs into actionable backlogs and mobilize the SAP Analytics team to deliver on these requirements.
About you
Experience:
-
10+ years of Analytics and reporting technologies working on Global projects, preferably in a FMCG and/or FMCH context.
-
Data Architecture and Analytics Expertise: strong experience in data architecture and analytical solutions, including SAP and non-SAP systems. Deep knowledge of organizational processes, data, and associated applications.
-
Advanced Analytics and SAP BW4/HANA: proficient in advanced analytics topics, including predictive and prescriptive analytics. Good working experience with SAP BW4/HANA and other data warehouse platforms.

Project Management and Agile Methodologies: strong project management, communication, presentation, and leadership skills. Knowledge of agile/product development methodologies and technological trends.

SAP Functional Areas and Global Projects: experience in SAP functional areas (SAP FI-CO, SD, and Supply Chain) and leading global projects. Skilled in SAP analytics full lifecycle implementation and multi-geography, multi-tier service design and management.

Communication and Interpersonal Skills: strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities in a global environment. Excellent oral and written communication skills, with a leadership attitude and results-driven approach.

Adaptability and Team Orientation: strong appetite for learning and discovery, with an entrepreneurial mindset. Adaptable and open to change, team player, and service-oriented. Analytical and synthetic thinking, able to formalize solutions with good writing skills, and capable of working autonomously.
