What we expect
We are looking for an entrepreneurial and dynamic consultant to strengthen our team:

• Minimum of 7+ years of experience in the financial industry in Europe (financial

consultancies or banks). Ideally within credit risk topics and/or to financial regulation
and banking business topics

• Knowledge of current regulatory requirements relating to the IRB approach within the

last 4-5 years (i.e. PD and ideally EAD or LGD experience)

• Knowledge of operational tasks in the context of the development, validation and/or

management of credit risk models such as IFRS9 models and regulation. Hands-on
experience in model development and/or validation within the last 4-5 years

• Strong analytical skills and interest in quantitative topics. Ability to work with coding

languages (e.g. Excel, Python, SQL, R, SAS)

• Proficiency in relevant MS Office applications

• Strong communication skills and ability to work in an international team

• Ability to work independently and to quickly familiarize with new topics

• Ability to understand, independently structure and derive innovative solutions for

complex topics within short timeframes

• Fluent in English and in Spanish (incl. the ability to write professional reports).

Knowledge of German is also a plus

• Openness to travel, mainly within Europe
