The Position

Roche Diagnostics Spain has begun a strategic reflection exercise that will lead us to design our roadmap for the next 3-5 years based on the principles of collective leadership, ambition and impact that characterize us as a company with the aim to continue creating sustainable growth, always keeping our customers at the heart of what we do and leveraging the framework defined by our global strategy.

As a member of our team, you will ensure the highest efficiency and effectiveness in each of your activities, including installations, preventive, corrective, and evolutionary maintenance, and modifications. Your work will be crucial in creating a competitive edge for Roche and achieving optimal levels of customer satisfaction.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Excellence in Operability: Maintain exceptional operability in all assigned solutions, including instruments, reagents, and software, by executing procedures for preventive, corrective, and evolutionary maintenance. Train users to handle and use these solutions effectively.
  
• Client Communication & Collaboration: Build and maintain excellent communication and proactive collaboration with clients. Keep them informed about reagent updates and quality controls, and implement new protocols to enhance their experience.
  
• Activity Reporting: Use CRM to report all activities conducted remotely or on-site, ensuring detailed documentation of technical characteristics and updates as required. Adhere to the quality reporting standards defined by Roche.
  
• Commercial Support: Work closely with the Commercial Area to address customer needs and support sales of solutions and service offerings.
  

You must comply with the legislation, internal procedures, and applicable regulations in terms of Safety, Health, and Environment, especially those procedures related to waste segregation, application of preventive measures, and the use of work equipment and protection equipment. Furthermore, you must know and act in full compliance with the Company's policies, including the Code of Conduct, and the applicable Ethical Codes.
Information Security Responsibilities:

• Know and comply with established quality and information security standards and, in any case, act according to received instructions.
  
• Comply with and enforce applicable procedures.
  
• Ensure the preservation of information security.
  
• Provide suggestions and participate in the continuous improvement of the activities carried out.
  

Who You Are:

• High Education Training or Bachelor’s Degree in Technical or Higher Engineering, Health Sciences, or similar.
  
• Fluent level of Spanish.
  
• Geographic mobility within the national territory - This position is a field role position and the candidate should be based in Barcelona’s area.
