The Opportunity:
Reporting to the FP&A Director for the region, the FP&A Business Partner will support key commercial decision makers, contributing to the growth and success of our business in the Iberian region.
What we are looking for
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or closely related field. CIMA or ACCA part qualified or QBE, preferred.
- Experience: Solid experience within a commercial finance role and in business partnering, preferably in multinational companies. Financial modelling.
- Language skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish are essential. Proficiency in another European language is highly desirable
- IT Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and Power Point). ERP system skills - preferably SAP, Power BI and Qlikview experience preferred but not essential.
How you will thrive and make an impact
- Act as a trusted Financial Business Partner for Spain and Portugal, providing strategic analysis and advice to Sales Directors for sound financial decisions.
- Collaborate with Sales Directors to create business plans, budgets, and forecasts, ensuring alignment with commercial goals.
- Support sales leadership by setting targets, tracking performance, and calculating sales incentive payouts based on achievements.
- Prepare monthly financial results and profitability analyses to help identify strategies for revenue growth and margin improvement.
- Oversee operational cost management, financial reporting, and risk/opportunity documentation, while coordinating with the global FP&A team for consistent KPI tracking.
