In the role of Graphic Designer Intern, you will work with the marketing team to help create, develop, and publish content as part of the marketing strategy. The main goals are to work on content creation for both image and video, and in digital and print formats. Together, we work to create campaigns through the web, various social media channels, search engines, and content beyond the ordinary to inspire international athletes competing in sports to choose to go to the U.S./Canada with scholarships and become our clients. You will report to the Marketing Manager and coordinate with other team members in each country to implement the strategy and operations of the marketing process. Our Keystone Sports team has offices in Norway, Sweden, Spain, Denmark, the UK, Germany, and the U.S. This internship is based out of our Barcelona-office.

- Implement the brand identity across all communication channels.
- Create images and videos for paid campaigns and specific events.
- Work alongside colleagues from different countries on international campaigns.
- Develop your creativity to reinforce the brand’s attitude toward our audience.
Who are we looking for? You are a dynamic, open, and reliable person with a passion for graphic design. You want to work in an international team and contribute to the development of the Keystone Sports brand in different target continents.
We are looking for someone who has:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design).
- Experience with Figma is a plus.
- Basic understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
- A portfolio showcasing design projects (they can be either professional or academic).
- Preference, but not a requirement, for experience or interest in motion design and video editing.
