We have taken advantage of 2021 to completely modernize the Empordà Golf Club and turn it, not only into one of the most emblematic golf settings in Spain, but also into one of the main 36-hole golf destinations in Europe.

We have made a considerable investment to remodel all the facilities, including the two 18-hole golf courses, the 86-room hotel, and the wellness facilities.
At the heart of the Empordà Golf Resort are its magnificent championship courses – the Empordà Links and the Empordà Forest – designed by Robert von Hagge, a globally recognized architect. This was his first creation in Spain, and while both layouts belong to the same architect, that's where the similarities between these two courses end, as each presents different challenges.
Adjacent to the golf courses is the new Empordà hotel, which boasts 86 rooms and suites, all designed with a contemporary style that promotes the rest and relaxation of guests.
Golf is just one of the activities available during your stay at the resort. Guests can also go sailing, cycling, rent a boat, scuba dive, horseback ride, kayak or paddleboard, practice yoga, and attend training classes.
Our privileged location on the Costa Brava is the perfect starting point for guests to discover everything this region has to offer for a sun-seeking getaway: from colorful fishing villages and stunning beaches to unforgettable experiences waiting to be discovered and savored.

Hotel Receptionist

What Are We Looking For?
We are looking for a proactive, friendly, and detail-oriented person, with a clear focus on customer service and adherence to hotel standards. Excellent communication skills and a love for teamwork are essential. Additionally, we value the ability to adapt to a dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks effectively, always maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
Key Responsibilities:

Welcome guests, perform check-ins and check-outs efficiently, ensuring a smooth arrival and departure experience.
Provide information about resort services, respond to inquiries, and assist guests with all their needs during their stay.
Manage bookings, payments, and special requests, keeping the guest database updated and organized.
Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure a comprehensive and personalized experience for each guest.

Requirements:

Minimum of one year of experience in reception or customer service, preferably in the hotel sector.
Languages: Spanish and Catalan are essential; English and/or French.
Proficiency in technological tools and hotel management software.
Driver’s license and own vehicle.

Permanent contract: With a 3-month probation period.
