Let’s talk about the role!
As HR Administrative you will be responsible to provide general support to the local HR team regarding the procedures application , implement the department activities and orient the Retail employees of HR process.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Manage Employees System (upload contracts, ss payments, H&S, data protection, grant accesses to concessions, candidate validation, Client till training, temporal contract review, etc.)
- Working Hours management, update, control .
- Support Leave of Absence, long term leave, maternity leave
- Documents organization
- Support events organization
- Support trainings: documentation, presentation, etc.
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and /or abilities required for the individual to be successful in this position.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Labour Relations.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in HR position managing labour documentation.
- Language skills: Spanish, English
- Analytical Skills: MS Office, advanced level.
- General knowledge of labour relations.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
- Knowledge in Workday and UCAGECI is a plus.
