Generalist I
POSITION SUMMARY:
Apoyo a diversas entidades del grupo y reportando al Payroll Administrative Manager las tareas principales del puesto serán las siguientes:
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
HR Shared Service
WC Portugal
- Auditoría de nómina
- Soporte en dudas e incidencias en el seguro médico, intervención a la hora de renovación del seguro.
- Apoyo en la organización de eventos regionales que nos vengan dados desde Cencora.
- Cambios y actualización de Workday.
- Responder a las preguntas de los miembros del equipo utilizando la plataforma Service Now, respetando tanto los SLAs de Respuesta como de Resolución.
- En conjunto con la Subregional HR Manager, atención y resolución de cualquier duda que tenga la Country Manager o empleados de allí.
- Asistencia en Town Halls organizados por la Subregional HR Manager .
WC Italia
- Auditoría de nómina
- Apoyo en la organización de eventos regionales que nos vengan dados desde Cencora.
- Cambios y actualización de Workday.
- Responder a las preguntas de los miembros del equipo utilizando la plataforma Service Now, respetando tanto los SLAs de Respuesta como de Resolución.
- En conjunto con la Subregional HR Manager, atención y resolución de cualquier duda que tenga el Country Manager o empleados de allí.
WC Spain
- Preparar la nómina
- Auditoría de nómina
- Gestión de finiquitos, adelantos
- Seguimiento LISMI
- Excel vacaciones
- Control ausencias
- Contratos, adendas de trabajo a distancia, altas y bajas IT, excedencias
- Resolución de casos de requerimientos de la Seg social
- Eventos locales
- Relación con Sanitas
- Relación con Seguro de vida y accidentes
- Cambios en Workday
- Responder a las preguntas de los miembros del equipo utilizando la plataforma Service Now, respetando tanto los SLAs de Respuesta como de Resolución.
- Reportes para sobre empleados (altas, bajas, cambios)
- Certificados de empleados
- Gestión Lanzadera
- Gestión clases de Idiomas en España
- Relaciones laborales básicas, amonestaciones, aplicación de convenio.
- Coordinación de eventos regionales de España organizados por CENCORA
- Asistencia a nuevas incorporaciones de otras entidades del grupo cuando se trasfieren a España (movilidad internacional) informar al manager sobre beneficios y/o restricciones implicadas, asistencia a los empleados, resolución de dudas de asuntos administrativos y/o entidades públicas
- Apoyo en la actualización y cambios en el sistema Workday
AHE Spain
- Gestión de contratación temporal de blue collars en Workday y plataforma de SERESCO
- Responder a las preguntas de los miembros del equipo utilizando la plataforma Service Now, respetando tanto los SLAs de Respuesta como de Resolución.
- Colaboración en funciones propias de gestión de nómina que le pueda delegar o asignar el Payroll Administration Manager

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Requires broad training in fields such as business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, human resources or similar vocations generally obtained through completion of a four-year Bachelor's Degree Program or equivalent combination of experience and education. Normally requires a minimum of one (1) year directly related and progressively responsible experience.
MINIMUM SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS:
Abilily to communicate effectivelyin English and Spanish both orally and in writing
Adept at handling sensitive and confidential situations Strong interpersonal skills Excellent presentation skills
Strong analytical skills Strong organizational skills
Attention to detail
Ability to resolve associate issues quickly and efficiently
Familiarity with Labor Law, EEO/AAP, Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits Ability to represent a positive and professional image
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook Ability to implement processes resulting in satisfactory audit practice
Knowledge of Service Now, SERESCO and Workday tools is preferable
