Your Responsibilities
Your Profile
- Managing the day to day Local HR Operations including hiring, onboarding, training, benefits, compliance with labour law and enforcing company policies and practices, training and development
- Answer staff questions about wages, salaries, time records..
- Administering new employee assessment maintaining updated the welcome documentation
- Maintain updated current HR Files
- Administration of sick absence, maternity leave and any other absence
- Coordinating and managing data protection law in ADM
- Managing de working time tracking system: updated information
- Ensure compliance with ADM's policies
- Develop and monitor HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures
- Provide decision support to HR through HR metrics
- Ensure legal compliance
- Point of contact employee concerns, mediating conflicts and fostering a positive work environment
- Promote open communication and engagement initiatives
- Advise managers on addressing performance issues and opportunities for growth
- Oversee onboarding and orientation programs
- Oversee employee benefits and payroll administration
- Ensure compliance with local law
- Implement and enforce ADM policies
Your Profile
- Bachelor Degree in Labor Law/ Administration/ Human Resources or related field
- Three years of Experience in Human Resources role
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handling sensitive information
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skill
- Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Occasional travel required
- Spanish & English spoken and written
- Portuguese is a plus
