Job Description
Human Resources Internship/Trainee

Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and bilingual (French and English) Human Resources Trainee to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced call center environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their HR skills and gain hands-on experience in various aspects of human resources management, including recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Support:
o Assist in the recruitment process by screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating recruitment activities.
o Support the HR team in sourcing candidates for both French and English-speaking roles.
o Participate in onboarding new hires and conducting orientation sessions.

HR Administration:
o Help maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
o Assist in preparing HR documents, such as contracts and job descriptions.
o Support in tracking employee attendance, leaves, and preparing payroll documentation.

Employee Relations:
o Act as a point of contact for employees, assisting them with HR-related inquiries in both French and English.
o Help organize internal events, trainings, and employee engagement activities.

Compliance and Policy Implementation:
o Assist in ensuring company policies and procedures are followed.
o Support in updating and communicating HR policies and changes to the workforce.

Learning & Development:
o Assist with planning and scheduling training programs for employees.
o Maintain training records and gather feedback to improve development initiatives.

o Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

o Fluency in both French and English or Spanish (written and spoken) is mandatory.
