What will I be doing? \u D83E\u DD14

• Overseeing and issuing contracts of employment, amendment letters, ad hoc salary and bonus letters.
• Responsible for responding to general HR inquiries via Jira, Slack and email.
• Responsible for the Onboarding/Offboarding activities: facilitate HR Induction for new starters, setting up exit interviews or enrollment to benefits.
• Accountable for the monthly payroll management, working alongside Finance to meet deadlines related to this (This will be subject to review due to an ongoing project related to Payroll)
• Uploading and editing the Confluence page when necessary with HR updates, sending out communications to staff via Slack & email.
• Minute taking during HR related meetings such as Disciplinary/Capability investigations/meetings.
• Potentially acting as the HR representative during the meetings.
• Support in optimizing new processes and tools in order to provide a great employee experience.
• Working on Local HR projects to assist with the People Ops strategy.

What do we need from you? \u D83D\u DE0E

• 1 year of previous HR experience, preferable in a fast-paced changing environment.
• Strong ability to take initiative and deliver results \u0002\u0003\u0002
• Fluency in both Spanish and English. Italian or Polish are a plus.
• Great communication & analytical skills.
• Good understanding of Microsoft Office and G Suite on a daily basis.
• Nice to have: possessing experience using interactive HRIS e.g. Hibob and processing payrolls.
• Ability to recognize and deal appropriately with sensitive and confidential information.
