What you will do in this role

As an Inbound Sales Representative on our team, you will:
  • Manage qualified inbound calls for Commercial business Development of customers acquired / profiled on line Account management of gold customers and partners
  • Perform OB calls to customers to develop and acquire new business (it is in addition to call back for support tasks)
  • Login all customer contacts in the CRM system in use at the time
  • Give feedback on sales activity Skills for the Specialist
  • Identify right contacts at customers
  • Track, manage and report ongoing activity related to sales pipeline

  • Have a proficient or bilingual level of English with an advanced Spanish level
  • Have one year of related sales experience
  • Have excellent negotiation management and strong communication skills (verbal & written) including excellent telephone and presentation skills
  • Work toward goal achievement using negotiation, teamwork/collaboration, motivation and time/work prioritization
  • Can demonstrate innovation and good judgment/problem-solving skills when making decisions
  • Can establish an individual course of action to accomplish goals while using appropriate
