Since our conception in 2013, we have grown substantially and acquired 3 companies in 3 different European countries (Spain, Germany, and France) these last 4 years. In 2022, our growth has been powered by an incoming major equity fund and the world’s largest boating marketplace.

To continue expanding Click&Boat in 2025, we’re focused on strengthening our brand reputation and visibility through a robust global Influence & Communication strategy.
In this context, we are hiring a Influence & Communication Specialist to join the Brand & Communication team.

Job description

Team:
You will join the Brand & Communication team and report directly to the Head of Brand and Communication. You will collaborate closely with 3 other Country Marketing Managers, 1 Social Media Manager, and manage 1 intern.
Responsibilities:
Your mission: develop and lead Click&Boat’s global influence and communication strategy, ensuring the brand’s visibility and credibility with both the public and key stakeholders, directly supporting business growth alongside brand reputation.
1) Influence Strategy Development and Management (60%)

• Define and implement Click&Boat’s global influence strategy, establishing collaborations and partnerships with influencers and content creators to grow Brand presence and support Business performances.

• Collaborate with the Social Media Manager and Country Marketing Managers to enhance brand awareness through organic and performance-driven influencer marketing.

• Develop a strong network of influencers and content creators with global audience and in key markets : France, Spain, Germany, Italy and UK.

• Develop activation plans, mixing tests of our services, image/content projects and sales driven initiatives to support both the Branding and Business stakes.

• Regularly analyze and report on the performance of influence campaigns, providing actionable insights to optimize future strategies.

2) Media Communication (PR & Partnerships) (20%)

• Develop and oversee Click&Boat’s media communication strategy to boost visibility through press releases, media coverage, and partnerships with relevant outlets.

• Craft and refine Click&Boat’s storytelling and messaging, ensuring a cohesive narrative that aligns with brand values and enhances public perception.

• Collaborate with Country Marketing Managers and/or external agencies to develop a strong local networks and activate it on relevant moments.

3) Public Relations and Brand Reputation (20%)

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including industry opinion leaders and strategic partners, to promote Click&Boat’s reputation.

• Support the Head of Brand & Com by acting as a guardian of Click&Boat’s brand image, consistently monitoring and optimizing communications to align with the brand’s reputation and key messages.

Workplace:
The position is ideally based in Barcelona, with the option of being in Paris. Remote work: 2 days per week.

Preferred experience

• Experience: 3-5 years in communication, influence, or public relations, with a successful track record in developing and managing influence strategies and/or communication campaigns.
• Network: An existing network in the influencer or media industry, ideally in France or Spain, to facilitate partnerships and enhance brand outreach.
• Communication Expertise: Excellent storytelling and copywriting skills, with the ability to create impactful messages that resonate with the audience. Knowledge of digital platforms, trends and pop culture, with a flair for identifying organic and low-budget opportunities to promote Click&Boat.
• Performance-Driven Mindset: An understanding of ROI principles and performance-driven communication strategies to align influence and media efforts with Click&Boat’s business and branding goals.
• You are a team player, ready to put your expertise and convictions in the service of the Marketing team.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in English; additional fluency in French or Spanish is a plus.
• If you have experience in start-up or scale-up environments / in Marketplace or travel sectors / and you have a boating background, it’s definitely a plus!
