Actualmente estamos seleccionando un INGENIERO DE LOGÍSTICA (H/M) para trabajar en nuestra fábrica de Leganés.
Como INGENIERO/A DE LOGÍSTICA tus funciones serán:
-
Planificar y coordinar el transporte de nuestros ascensores a sus clientes finales.
-
Coordinar la entrega puntual y segura de las cargas entre proveedores y clientes.
-
Optimizar rutas y métodos de transporte para reducir costos y mejorar la eficiencia.
-
Supervisar el cumplimiento de las normativas vigentes en términos de transporte y aduanas.
-
Supervisar los indicadores claves de rendimiento (KPIs) para evaluar el rendimiento logístico (OTD, Inventario, NITO) e implementar iniciativas de mejora continua.

Negociar contratos según las bases de la compañía y adjudicar los servicios cumpliendo con los objetivos de calidad, precio y coste.

Realizar el seguimiento de la implantación de nuevos proveedores logísticos, identificando y gestionando riesgos y oportunidades.

Crear y liderar proyectos para aumentar la productividad de acuerdo con los estándares de calidad de la compañía.
-
Liderar proyectos de transformación en el área logística, definiendo el roadmap hacia la industria 4.0 y la automatización de los procesos.

Formación:
-
Formación Universitaria en Ingeniería (industrial, mecánica o similar).
-
Experiencia en Logística entre 2 y 5 años.
-
Experiencia en Industria se valorará de forma positiva.
Idiomas:
-
Inglés C1.
-
Otro idioma será valorado de forma positiva; francés, alemán…
Competencias:
-
Dominio MS Office; nivel alto de MS Excel.
-
Dominio de PBI y Power Automate se valorará de forma positiva
-
Valorable experiencia en ERP.
-
Capacidad analítica y habilidad para trabajar de forma autónoma.
-
Capacidad de adaptación para trabajar en nuevos proyectos y de interactuar con diferentes clientes internos y externos.
