We are currently seeking a Inside Sales Representative to join our Spanish team.
The ideal candidate will have solid background in Sales and will be fluent in English. This is a full-time, permanent position with opportunities for growth and development within our company.

- **Position**: Inside Sales Representative

- **Employment Type**: Full-time
- **Remuneration**: Base salary, with an excellent package based on experience, skills, and performance
- **Contract Type**: Permanent, full-time contract
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Provide expert assistance to clients and partners using a consultative approach to account management
- Foster a business environment conducive to sustained growth on the account
- Develop and maintain relationships within the account to ensure long-term visibility of strategy, plans, and competitor activity
- Identify new sales opportunities within the existing portfolio of accounts
- Prepare commercial and technical service proposals
- Drive profitability through proactive management
- Achieve sales quotas and targets
- Manage and report on sales pipeline activities
- Ensure timely response and resolution of customer or partner inquiries
**Requirements**:
- Solid background in sales
- Fluency in Norwegian (C2 level) and English at a native level
- Strong communication skills
- Goal-oriented with a track record of achievement
- Self-motivated and proactive
- Experience working with channel partners
- Experience in B2B sales
- Dynamic and energetic personality
