About You
As the Inside Sales Representative Southern Europe for Kimberly-Clark Professional (B2B environment), you will be managing a selected portfolio of distributors and end user customers that have been identified by our treatment strategy as suitable for “Digital Management”. With a particular focus on Italy and Iberia, you will perform predominantly virtual sales, with occasional requirement for Face to Face visits.
You will report to the Country Manager Southern Europe of Kimberly-Cark Professional and will be an individual contributor (no direct reports).
Location: we can offer a remote model for candidates already based in Spain.

About You
As the Inside Sales Representative Southern Europe for Kimberly-Clark Professional (B2B environment), you will be managing a selected portfolio of distributors and end user customers that have been identified by our treatment strategy as suitable for “Digital Management”. With a particular focus on Italy and Iberia, you will perform predominantly virtual sales, with occasional requirement for Face to Face visits.
You will report to the Country Manager Southern Europe of Kimberly-Cark Professional and will be an individual contributor (no direct reports).

YOUR KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Responsible for the management of selected channel partners (and associated EUs) that have been classified as suitable for “Digital Sales” (predominantly desk-based sales);
-
Contract Management (when needed), Revenue generation (New Business/Pricing) and Margin Improvement (Price/Mix);
-
Understanding the market segments, resellers and end users served by the distributor;
-
Ability to coordinate gap analysis and with knowledge of the route to market, supply chain and touch points;
-
Ability to execute the annual plans, but also able to build and execute plans for specific identified channel partners in portfolio;
-
Understand and clearly communicate, both internally and externally, ownership of customers (either distributor or KCP), for management of specific activities (e.g.: price increase);
-
Management of account receivables to avoid bad debts (liaise with credit control / distributors to ensure compliance with payment terms);
-
Typically manages a medium/small portfolio size (varies depending on Country/Cluster);

Works to support identification of potential new Key Accounts to be worked by NBD (if applicable to market

Driving loyalty and penetration with existing and generate business with new end users;

Engage our DSR to enable them to grow our business through training, loyalty programs, incentive programs, etc.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:

Previous experience in B2B business and distributor account management
-
Proven ability to conduct commercial discussions utilizing digital assets (telephone, Online communication technology e.g MS Teams, Zoom);

Experience collaborating with cross-functional groups (e.g., finance, operations, marketing);
-
Analytical and critical thinking skills - commercially aware;

Self-Motivated by intellectual challenges and curiosity;

Able to communicate well with external/internal stakeholders to influence change;

A demonstrated ability to navigate and perform in ambiguous circumstances;

Italian & Spanish fluent and English language critical
