About the role

As an Integration Lead your responsibilities include:

• Design and architect end-to-end integration solutions for systems involving CRMs like Veeva, Vault, Salesforce etc.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyse integration requirements.
• Conduct thorough analysis of business processes.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to define and document integration requirements.
• Demonstrate a deep understanding of Veeva CRM, Veeva Vault and Salesforce.
• Provide guidance on best practices for Veeva objects.
• Lead integration projects from conception to implementation, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
• Collaborate with project teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Conduct thorough testing of integration solutions to ensure seamless data flow and system interoperability.
• Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies during the testing phase.
• Create architecture diagrams for integration designs, processes, and configurations.
• Develop and maintain technical and functional design documentation of business processes.

We offer this position in Barcelona or Madrid, Spain.

What makes you the best person for this job?

• 5+ years of proven experience as an Integration Lead in the life science field.
• Experience working on multiple integration projects involving ETL platforms like Mulesoft, Boomi, Informatica, Talend, ODI, SSIS etc.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with project management and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

It will be a plus if you have these additional capabilities:

• Knowledge on Veeva ,IQVIA and Salesforce platforms.
