International Payroll Specialist - Finnish Market

What do you have to offer?

You have at least 2-3 years of experience in payroll administration with a solid understanding of Finnish payroll processes.

You're proficient with payroll systems and have excellent Excel skills.

Experience working with payroll for customers, especially in an outsourcing environment, is a plus.

Nice to have Finnish labour law knowledge ( collective agreements )

You possess strong customer service skills across various communication channels.

You're fluent in Finnish and English.

You're curious, service-minded, and always eager to learn.

You're a solution-oriented team player with a positive attitude and a growth mindset.

You contribute to team spirit with a healthy dose of humour and resilience.
