Iniciarás una experiencia profesional en el sector de seguros con un periodo de prácticas remuneradas de 6 meses, durante el cual entrarás a formar parte de un gran grupo multinacional.

¿Cuáles serán tus funciones?
- Apoyar al equipo de suscripción de líneas financieras en la evaluación y valoración de las solicitudes y riesgos de seguros.
- Ayudar a los aseguradores extrayendo los datos necesarios para los modelos y las herramientas de fijación de precios para su revisión, asegurando que los riesgos se escriben o renuevan de acuerdo con las directrices de suscripción de AXA XL. En su momento, calcular la prima adecuada y proporcionar a los aseguradores una visión general del riesgo. Usted debe estar dispuesto a ofrecer sus propias opiniones sobre cada riesgo, antes de presentar casos para que los aseguradores los revisen y aprueben.
- Trabajar con nuestros equipos de Middle Office y Global Shared Services para garantizar que los riesgos completados se vinculen al sistema, con todos los documentos apropiados archivados y los riesgos necesarios incluidos en los sistemas de gestión de la exposición.
- Mantener un seguimiento preciso y actualizado de las exposiciones a medida que desarrolla su comprensión del proceso de suscripción y la gestión de cartera.
- Aprender sobre la gestión de carteras, preparando informes para apoyar a los aseguradores en esta actividad.
- Conocer y comprender la estrategia y los objetivos financieros de AXA XL y los aplicables a la línea de negocio de las líneas financieras.
- Ayudar a realizar investigaciones, comunicarse con los corredores y realizar tareas administrativas para apoyar al equipo de suscripción.
- Reporting a los aseguradores principales.

Estamos buscando a alguien que tenga estas habilidades:
- Recién graduado en Derecho, Economía o Administración de Empresas o estudiante de máster
- Entusiasmo y curiosidad por el mundo de los seguros de grandes riesgos industriales
- Comunicar y trabajar en inglés
- Organizar y planificar sus actividades, gestionando eficazmente el tiempo
- Analizar los datos y utilizarlos de manera eficaz para su propio análisis
- Utilizar el paquete de Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point)
- Escuchar y comunicar de manera efectiva, adaptándose proactivamente a los diferentes interlocutores y cambios
- Trabajar en equipo con personas de diferentes habilidades, de diferentes lugares y culturas para alcanzar objetivos colectivo
