IT Change Management Engineer

We are looking for a Change Management Expert to be part of our Nestlé Nespresso Digital and Tech Team.

The Role
In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire change management process within our organization, ensuring that all changes to IT services and infrastructure are implemented efficiently while minimizing disruptions to business operations. This role requires a thorough understanding of ITIL principles and best practices, as well as strong communication and collaboration skills to coordinate with various teams across the organization. You as our Change Management Expert will play a crucial role in maintaining the stability and reliability of our IT environment, while also driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance our change management processes

The Hiring Process:

The Role
In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire change management process within our organization, ensuring that all changes to IT services and infrastructure are implemented efficiently while minimizing disruptions to business operations. This role requires a thorough understanding of ITIL principles and best practices, as well as strong communication and collaboration skills to coordinate with various teams across the organization. You as our Change Management Expert will play a crucial role in maintaining the stability and reliability of our IT environment, while also driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance our change management processes
In This Role, You Will:

Review and Document: Evaluate change requests, ensuring alignment with business goals.

Risk and Impact: Conduct risk assessments and analyze impacts on systems and services.

Plan and Coordinate: Collaborate with stakeholders for effective scheduling, minimizing disruptions.
-
Documentation: Maintain detailed records of change requests, plans, and reviews.
-
Reporting: Generate regular reports on change activities with key metrics.
-
Process Improvement: Identify and implement optimizations in the change management process.
-
Stakeholder Communication: Provide updates throughout the change lifecycle, addressing impacts and issues.
What We’re Looking For:
-
Bachelor’s degree in computer sciences, Business or related fields, or equivalent experience.
-
ITIL4 Foundation certification.
-
5+ years of relevant Change Management experience within a large-scale IT environment.
-
Solid understanding of IT infrastructure components, systems, and technologies.
-
Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) tools such as Service Now, or JIRA.
-
Ability to drive and produce monthly reports and KPI dashboards to measure the effectiveness of the process.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess and mitigate risks associated with changes.
-
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
