What we look for?
We are looking for a Junior People Specialist to work with our Delivery Management team to create a people strategy at a Business Unit level and define an implementation plan to realize the goals. These initiatives will revolve around team building, employer branding, training, career groth, etc.

Main tasks and accountabilities will be:

• Be driver of the improvement of the employee experience and proactively develop and work on it.

• Propose strategies and tools with which to improve employee experience, listening to them, their managers and understanding the market.

• Coordinate with Delivery Management team to tailor make and implement the strategy and evaluate and control the progress of said strategy.

• Generate greater commitment to the organization through plans and strategies aligned with the organization.

• Work with HR and Talent Acquisition teams to attract and retain talent.

• Manage a budget for team building and brand awareness activities.

What do we expect from you?

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role in human resources or similar.

• Good communication skills

• Teamwork and in a multidisciplinary way with other areas.

• Sociable, empathic character that transmits confidence. Observant and careful person with detail.

• Desirable experience in IT consultancy

• Language: Professional Working Capacity in English (C1 at least)

• Travel requirements: occasional travel in Spain and EU

Valuable and desirable: being entitled of Disability Certificate (at least 33% score)

Work Location

• Based in Madrid, working from office couple of days per week.

Work Schedule

• Monday to Friday from 9 to 6 (flexible)
