What are we looking for?
We’re are looking for a Salesforce Senior Delivery Lead with at least 5 years of working experience in this role who will work for one of our global customers, that is a global leader in the baking sector. High level of English required, B2/C1.
Location: 100% remote for candidates based in Spain
Valuable and desirable: being entitled of Disability Certificate (at least 33% score).

Requirements for the role:

• Managed multiple tasks and directional changes under short yet firm deadlines with a strong ability to work creatively and analytically.
• Relevant working experience in managing complex technical systems/projects in a similar environment.
• Ability to continuously seek out challenges for the team and self to achieve extraordinary results.
• Knowledge of business concepts, tools, and techniques; ability to operate with a business mindset that complements one's functional speciality and keeps it in a business context.
• Knowledge of effective planning techniques
• Knowledge of effective influencing tactics and strategies; ability to impact decisions within and outside own organization.
• University degree in technology, preferably in computer science
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

Desirable requirements:

• Financial Services industry experience, preferably within mortgages
• Experience implementing Experience Cloud solutions at enterprise organisations

Job Responsibilities:

• Builds and manages an agile team to ensure successful delivery of programme objectives. This may include direct and indirect project team members.
• Creates and executes detailed sprint plans for all the squad members detailing the progress of each story through the SDLC.
• Troubleshoot issues within the development technology environment and convene senior stakeholders from across several areas within the bank to drive resolutions.
• Implement technical controls to manage risk within delivery
• Effectively communicates progress to senior managers & stakeholders.
• Builds and maintain effective relationships with other areas where dependencies exist within the CIO Homes delivery portfolio.
• Builds and maintain effective relationships with third party vendors.
• Working across several deliveries within a scrum, managing competing priorities, where time allows.
• Effective daily people management of the squad
• Work with Solution/Technical Architects to ensure Technical Design Documents are progressed by the squad members
