Job Description:
A temporary position for a Junior Quality Conformance Manager (QCM) has arisen within Airbus Commercial, Getafe (Spain).

Control Plan management and coordination

The jobholder is supporting the following activities:
o Ensure that the Quality Control Requirements of the product and the
associated process are satisfied
o Coordinate Control Plan routine meetings to capture each input linked
to the process
o Drive inspection optimization activities (reinforcement, reallocation,
reduction) as part of E2E Inspection Process
o Enforce Multi-Functional Team collaboration to contribute to process
efficiency
o Ensure effective operational feedback loops to capture additional
required inspections
o Digitalize Control Plan by deployed IT tools.
o Risks and opportunities managements.
o Perform status reporting. KPI creation and maintenance
o PFMEA collaboration
o PPV and Metrology collaboration

• Education: Bachelor degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
  
• Experience: 1 year of experience. Having completed an internship at Airbus would be a plus.
  
• Soft skills : High adaptability to work on new topics, new business and in a networking mode.
  
• Languages: Advanced level in English and Spanish.
