Role Purpose
Key Responsibilities
- Manage current Consumer Lines programmes (A&H, IPL & Travel) to maximize the portfolio value and maximize customer revenue as well as retention.
- Support implementation of new programmes by collaborating with UW, Claims, Ops, Delivery Management & BDM.
- Work closely with Senior Account Manager to make sure that Partnerships are contributing to the overall Iberia performance and strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs, and ensuring their satisfaction with Chubb.
- Developing and executing strategic account plans to drive growth and maximize revenue from Partnerships (meeting Growth, Product enhancement Plan and Renewal Goals).
- Manage all the internal processes: legal, claim, underwriting, operations, IT, to manage portfolio and implement new partnerships.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for key Partners, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and proactively identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
- Responsible for the management of the sales, premium booking and profitability. Negotiating contract renewals and pricing agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both the company and key clients.
- Being in control of Marketing Campaign, analysing MK campaign results according with our Mk assumptions (Volumes & Performance Kpi’s) and create plans for growing and improvement.
- Support and be active together with BDM and Delivery Management in the implementation process for new Partnerships.

- Advanced in English(C1)
