Key Account Manager

As a result, we're seeking an experienced Key Account Business Solutions Manager for Spain, Portugal, Italy and some smaller European Territories. The Role
· Developing a thorough understanding of existing customers business, products, and growth plans
· Building excellent relationships with current key customers and managing their day to day needs
· Identifying new customer opportunities and securing new business for Playgro across all key channels
· Development & implementation of Key Account plans, strategy planning and delivering and exceeding sales targets
· Gaining an in depth knowledge of the market, its competition, trends and restraints
· Responsible for the turnover, margin, company investments and plans in the territory
Experience/background required
-A proven track record within FMCG (preferably the Baby/Toy industry) with experience selling to Spanish grocers (e.g Carrefour, Alcampo, Eroski) delivering excellent incremental sales results, within the major multiples is essential.
· Experience in developing, maintaining, and delivering against sales targets and margins
· Experience in opening and securing new accounts
· Reporting to the European Head of Sales you will be responsible for contact with key customers and taking responsibility for retail solutions within your territories that comply with the Global synergised solution.
· Committing to spending time in Retail stores devising strategies to boost performance.
· Ability to seek out growth opportunities to drive sales, hands on
· ‘Can do’ attitude, bags of drive and the passion to succeed
· Accurate, attention to detail, flexible, concise and engaging communication skills
· Excellent Excel Skills
· Role will include some International Travel
· Fluent in Spanish and English (Italian is also helpful)
· A valid driving license: this role involves visiting key customers.
What we offer:
· Become part of the international Team of Playgro Europe, based in the Netherlands.
· Work from home and on the road.
· Pay: 3,500.00€ - 4,000.00€ per month plus yearly sales bonus if budget is achieved
· Yearly visit to our European Head office in Boxtel, Holland.
· Start date: ASAP
