Introducing smoke-free products shifts the focus of our entire business. We’re fast moving from a B2B to a B2C model - and our newly created Customer Centric Organization (CCO) team is driving that commercial transformation. Their role is to understand customer conversion journeys in different international markets, then to find the best ways to connect with smokers and convince them to switch to reduced-risk products.
This position is aimed at people who are looking to develop their career within the commercial department, looking for a motivating challenge full of learnings in a strategic area for the company. The main purpose of this position is to develop and execute business plans specific to the designated regional accounts in line with commercial strategies to grow company products, having to negotiate with Operators, Petrol and always looking for new business opportunities.

Your ‘day to day’
- Managing designated regional accounts at all levels and developing relationships that enable achievement of plans as well as communicating all progress of initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
- Influencing growth in the category and at Account through effective strategic quarterly planning, fact-based selling and decision-making process leveraging tools and cross functional resources
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships, addressing any customer service issues in a timely fashion
- Managing and monitoring customer trade spend through continuous analysis & review of the business performance, to support financial and operational plans
- Working collaboratively with the Field Sales team to effectively communicate banner initiatives, priorities and business details to support flawless execution of the Business Plans at retail level
- Negotiating and maintaining joint commercial agreements that maximize revenue, profit and performance.
Who we’re looking for
- University degree in Business or related discipline
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in commercial areas
- Minimum 2 years progressive sales management experience
- Previous experience in FMCG is an asset
- Advanced English and Spanish.
- Excellent communication skills
- Strategic and analytical thinking, advanced excel is required
- Availability to travel when needed to manage national accounts
- EU valid work permit
