We are a network of authorized offices representing various insurance companies in Spain. We are currently seeking a Lifestyle video content maker to join our marketing department team.
REQUIREMENTS
- Native Russian speaker based in Spain.
- Confident and comfortable acting and speaking in front of a camera.
- Curious, creative, and proactive with a strong attitude and ease in front of the camera.
- Team player with high proficiency in creating content for social media platforms, especially Tik Tok and Instagram.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience in developing social media campaigns, particularly on Tik Tok and Instagram.
- Proficient in video production, including filming and editing, preferably with Adobe Premiere，capcut or similar software.
- Capable of establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with other departments, members.
RESPONSABILITES
- Ability to create content on location.
- Draft, film, and edit video for Tik Tok and other social media platforms.
- Create inspirational, innovative, and engaging content for social media, primarily Tik Tok and Instagram.
- Develop creative ideas, suggest new ways of delivering digital content, and stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends.
- Produce at least three videos per week.
- Prioritize and schedule work effectively, anticipating problems and adjusting resource and time allocation accordingly.
- Participate in regular departmental and cross-departmental progress meetings.
Characteristics:

• 100% remote.
• Requires on-location shooting.
• Flexible working hours, as long as tasks are completed on time.
• Freelancer/autonomo contract or an internship contract

Salary: €600 - €800 per month, depending on contract type and KPIs
