Accountabilities :

• Market Research and Analysis:
  • Conduct market research to identify barriers and opportunities for market access.
  • Analyze healthcare policies, pricing regulations, and reimbursement landscapes.
• Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Assist in developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, regulators, and payers.
  • Participate in meetings and presentations to present data and insights.
• Strategy Development
  • Contribute to the development of market access strategies for new and existing therapies.
  • Support the preparation of value dossiers, health economic models, and submissions to health authorities.
• Data Management and Reporting:
  • Assist in the collection, analysis, and reporting of market access data.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity for all market access activities.
• Cross-functional Collaboration:
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Medical Affairs, Regulatory, and Commercial teams to ensure alignment and execution of market access strategies.
  • Support internal communication and training initiatives related to market access.

Qualifications:

• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Health Economics, Public Health, Finance or a related field.
• Strong analytical and research skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Demonstrated interest in the pharmaceutical industry and market access.
