Mission
The Mission of this position is to support the marketing and fragrance development teams for organizing the supermarket and ordering fragrance samples for all categories (Fine Fragrance, Personal Care, Home Care and Air Care)

Functions

• Organize the supermarket based on category and country split, collaborating closely with each Marketing Manager

• Buy market products tailored to each category's requirements, under the guidance of the respective Marketing Manager.

• Digitalize the supermarket to ensure seamless access to market products for Marketing Managers and Fragrance Development Managers, aligning with project needs.

• Coordinate and prepare smelling sessions with relevant products across all categories, in collaboration with the category Marketing Managers.

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace by ensuring market products are properly stored in the supermarket when not required for smelling sessions or marketing needs.

• Keep the Wiki Supermarket up to date, tracking all market products with relevant information in a single, consolidated document.

• Assist Marketing Managers and Fragrance Development Managers by providing the appropriate market products from the supermarket, as per project demands.

• Support Marketing Managers in sample ordering for marketing tools and internal presentations, ensuring accurate marketing labeling and close coordination with the lab.

Educational Background:
Foundational Skills in Administration

Languages:

• English: Medium (B2);
• Spanish: Advanced/Native.
