Job Description
Miravia is a dynamic and rapidly growing e-commerce company revolutionizing the way consumers discover and purchase products through our innovative mobile application. As part of our mission to provide personalized and engaging shopping experiences, this role is pivotal in enhancing user engagement and driving sales by optimizing our guided shopping features in Homepage and Channels.Key Responsibilities Implement and refine strategies for different e-commerce channels, ensuring alignment with business objectives and maximizing reach and engagement. Plan and execute campaigns inside channels, leveraging insights to tailor messaging and promotions based on different user segment and assortement strategy. Streamline internal processes for channel management, ensuring efficient workflows and clear communication between teams. Optimize performance, monitor user feedback, and implement corrective actions to enhance local users experience inside channels.
Position Requirement
A bachelor's degree or higher plus at least 5 years of exprerience in e-commerce product operations, or a related field. Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels Proficient in data analysis, able to derive insights and make data-driven decisions to enhance channel performance. Preference will be given to candidates with international business operations experience, excellent spoken English, and proficiency in Spanish language. Thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapting quickly to changing priorities and market dynamics.
