Techpump es una empresa tecnológica asturiana, joven, dinámica e internacional, que actualmente gestiona diferentes líneas de negocio, siendo Siroko, la marca de ropa deportiva, la de mayor volumen de trabajo. Buscamos un/a Traductor/a para incorporarse a nuestro equipo de Traducción.
¿Cuáles serían tus funciones/tareas?

• Traducir, localizar y revisar textos para e-commerce partiendo de Inglés a Neerlandés (EN>NL)
• Contacto con freelancers mediante plataforma externa: solicitar tareas, responder dudas, enviar y pagar contratos
• Monitorear y revisar el trabajo de los freelancers en varios idiomas, incluyendo control de calidad
• Tareas administrativas: facturas, pagos, informes de gastos...

¿Qué esperamos que tengas?

• Licenciatura, grado o equivalente en Traducción e Interpretación o Filología en el idioma deseado (NL)
• Neerlandés (holandés) nivel nativo (C2)
• Español nivel C1 mínimo, para nosotros es importante que puedas comunicarte con fluidez en español tanto con el equipo como con el resto de la empresa
• Inglés nivel C1 mínimo
• Francés u otro idioma europeo (opcional, se valorará positivamente)

• Conocimientos de herramientas TAO, especialmente Memo Q
• Dominio de MS Office y herramientas de Google, o capacidad demostrada para aprender y adaptarse rápidamente a nuevas tecnologías y herramientas

Se evaluará positivamente:

• Conocimientos SEO

• Conocimientos sobre campañas de publicidad online (Google Ads, anuncios FB e Instagram...)

• Conocimientos sobre textil deportivo (ciclismo, fitness, deportes de invierno…)

• Gran capacidad de organización y orientación al detalle

• Experiencia demostrable en traducción
• Vivir en Asturias o estar dispuesto a mudarse

Condiciones

• Contrato inicial de 6 meses + conversión a indefinido si ambas partes cumplimos expectativas.
• Modalidad de trabajo: valoramos positivamente residir en Asturias, pero también estaremos encantados de conocerte si resides en algún otro lugar de España.
• Fecha de incorporación: enero-febrero 2025
• Salario a convenir.

• Jornada continua todos los viernes del año, y también en los meses de julio y agosto (de lunes a viernes, en este caso). La duración de la jornada durante dichos periodos sería 7h+15min, y 7h, respectivamente. Jornada partida durante el resto de días del año, teniendo en este caso 8h+15min de duración. Horario flexible todos los días del año con rango de entrada entre las 08:00h y las 10:00h, y a medio día (en los días de jornada partida) entre las 14:00h y las 16:30h con un descanso mínimo de 30’ de duración. Todos los días 20 minutos de descanso a media mañana
• 22 días laborables de vacaciones
• Día libre en tu cumpleaños (si coincide en fin de semana o festivo, podrás moverlo al día laborable inmediatamente anterior o posterior)
• Clases de inglés in-company. Las encajamos a medio día para intentar condicionar lo menos posible la hora de salida en la tarde

NATIVE TRANSLATOR ENGLISH>DUTCH (EN>NL)

Techpump is a dynamic, young, international tech company from Asturias, currently running different lines of business, with Siroko, the sports & activewear brand, accounting for the largest workload. We are looking for a Translator to join our Translation team.


Key responsibilities:

• Translating, localizing and proofreading texts for e-commerce from English to Dutch (EN>NL)
• Communicating with freelancers through an external platform: assigning tasks, responding to inquiries, providing feedback, and coordinating project details
• Supervising and reviewing freelancers' work in various languages, including quality assurance and ensuring adherence to project standards
• Carrying out basic administrative tasks, including invoice management, processing payments through various platforms, and related duties

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Localisation, Language Studies, Linguistics or equivalent professional experience
• C2 level in the target language (Dutch)

• C1 level in Spanish and English (proficiency in an additional European language will be considered a valuable asset)
• Experience using CAT tools, particularly Memo Q

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, with a demonstrated ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and tools

Desired skills:

• Experience creating SEO-friendly content

• Experience in online advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook & Instagram)

• Knowledge of the sports apparel field (cycling, fitness, winter sports)

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

• Verifiable translation experience
• Residence in Asturias or being open to relocating will be positively assessed

Conditions:

• 6-month initial contract + switch to permanent position if both parties meet expectations

• Uninterrupted shift day (no lunch break required) every Friday of the year, as well as Monday to Friday in July and August. The duration of a workday during these periods is 7h15min, and 7h, respectively. Split shift day (lunch break required) during the rest of the year, duration of split shift day: 8h15min. Flexible timetable every day of the year, with an entry range between 08:00h and 10:00h, and at midday (on split shift days) between 14:00h and 16:30h with a min. 30 min lunch break. Extra 20 minutes mid-morning break every day.
