YOUR MISSION
The mission of the Chief Operating Officer (COO) is to turn the company’s vision into effective, actionable operational strategy that drive business growth and operational excellence across all areas of the organization. The COO will spearhead business origination, particularly through on-site ticket sales and B2B sales channels.

As our COO, you'll overseeing all aspects of global operations ensuring top-tier management of the venues, high employee satisfaction and outstanding customer experience with a focus on:

YOU BRING

• 7+ years of experience in the retail, hospitality, restaurant, or entertainment industries in a fast paced/growing startup/scaleup environment.
• 3 years ‘experience with Regional Operations responsibility, reporting to COO or CEO.
• You have led a minimum of 10 spaces and have played a leading role in new openings.
• Experience in growing business. Meaning: Planning workforce needs (people), systems and logistic needs and being able to translate strategy into actionable plans.
• Languages: Native or bilingual proficiency in English is required. Other European languages would be an advantage.
