- Fluent in Norwegian (both spoken and written) with good English skills.
- Previous experience in customer service roles preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and a sales-oriented mindset.
- Proficient in computer systems and software applications.
- Responsible, adaptable, and positive attitude towards change.
- Strong team player with good conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.
- Provide exceptional customer service and sales support via phone, email, and online chats.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, deliveries, and invoices, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Meet sales targets by identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Paid training
