You are the person we are looking for if...
- You are passionate about mental health and online psychology.
- You enjoy listening to others and helping solve their problems.
- You have excellent writing and communication skills and pay attention to detail.
- You can work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
- You speak Portuguese/Brazilian and Spanish fluently. English is also required.
- You like challenging yourself and making a real impact on society.

Your daily tasks will include:
- Helping users solve technical problems.
- Calling users to get feedback on our service.
- Creating reports on customer service performance.
- Working closely with the Operations and Technology team.
- Suggesting ideas to help us improve.
- Assisting in developing marketing and communication strategies to increase visibility.
- Conducting market research to identify opportunities and trends in mental health and online psychology.
