About you
We’re currently looking for an experienced and hands-on Operations Manager to coordinate and lead our teams behind the development of a cutting-edge software project in collaboration with one of our major clients.
As a Operations Manager, you will be taking responsibility for resource management and supervision for our quality engineering team, acting as a key player in qualifying a market-leading AI-based Software Product used by hundreds of millions of users worldwide.
In this role you will be expected to:
Indefinite fulltime contract

About you

This is for you if you have:

Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
-
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical operations management role.
-
Sound experience and knowledge in Software Development environments and knowledge of Quality Assurance Engineering.

Experience with client-server environments
-
Proven track record of strategic thinking and effective planning.

Strong leadership and people management skills including attracting, engaging and retaining talent.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to influence and manage complex stakeholder relationships.

Knowledge of current industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.

Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics.

Demonstrated ability to grow a business and identify opportunities in difficult situations.

Strong problem-solving skills with a first principles approach.

Positive attitude, high emotional intelligence and resilience in the face of challenges.

Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish are required; both spoken and written form
Special requirement
For this position you must be a holder of a valid working permit for Spain and be available to work full-time onsite.
