Operations Platform intern

The purpose of the Operations Platform intern is to operationalize the platform strategy and ways of working. This is a great opportunity for the intern to develop their skills and learn in a professional environment under the supervision of experienced engineers and leaders.
Main responsibilities:

Support actively a leadership team that makes strategic and tactical decisions
-
Support in the design, operationalization, and execution of the Platform strategy and roadmap
-
Support in the communication strategy and documentation of main activities and initiatives within the chapter
-
Own your deliverables from start to finish
-
Support in rolling out changes in ways of working across the Chapter
-
Create transparency and maintain communication channels
-
Visualise performance, process, and quality indicators
-
Contributes to defining, implementing, and monitoring processes, practices, and ways of working that ensure the Chapter reaches its highest sustainable performance by participating in their workshops and other related activities.
What would your day-to-day look like?
At Roche, you will work with a group of leaders being part of strategic discussions that will be key for our department. As part of the team, you will be in charge of supporting the operationalization, documentation, and monitoring.
You will be part of a dynamic organization that prioritizes transparency and direct communication.
Who are you?
We are looking for a recent graduate -no more than 3 years- with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent in a related field.
