Job Summary: Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, Worldwide Campus is currently hiring a part-time Building Monitor for our campus location at the ROTA Naval Station in Spain. Building Monitors are responsible for the opening and closing of military education center classrooms for ERAU-WW use in the morning, evening and on the weekend, as appropriate. They are also responsible for the safekeeping of education center and ERAU-owned classroom support equipment.
**Candidate must already have military logistical support to apply. This position is part-time working 10 hours per week.
Qualifications
Required Education:
- High school or GED
- On US military installations outside of the United States, Building Monitors must be in possession of a valid installation-entry pass and/or US Government identification card. Such pass will not be provided by ERAU.
Required Skills, Knowledge, Abilities:
- Analytical skills with an in-depth knowledge of information systems and technical expertise with Microsoft operating systems, Access, Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook/email, and Internet end-user applications.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Working knowledge of office procedures and equipment
- Initiative and strong troubleshooting skills
