Planning Process Adherence Expert and Project Coordinator - VIE Contract

i Move, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.
PLEASE NOTE that since this program is primarily an international development program, candidates cannot apply to a VIE assignment in their own country of citizenship.

Your job, as Planning Process Adherence Expert and Project Coordinator within our Process Adherence team, will be to primarily support on the Process Adherence assessments, Supply Chain Learning Database maintenance, and key project deployment.

Main responsibilities:
- Participate in maturity assessment activities that will help sustain the newly deployed E2E (End to End) SC planning processes across Sanofi’s markets (downstream market SC) & manufacturing plants (upstream SC).
- Track Kinaxis Advanced Planning System utilization in Qliksense or Power BI.
- Help build E2E Supply Chain Planning communication platforms, to promote engagement, best practice sharing, and learning across the SC Community.
- Participate in SC training library maintenance activities i.e. ensuring SC Training Library Platforms (Sharepoint, i Learn) are up to date with the latest training documents.
- Produce support material and meeting minutes of various projects.
- Assist in coordination and deployment of relevant SC priority projects and ensure that project risks are identified, formalized and communicated.
About you
Experience:
- Previous experience in Supply Chain related areas (i.e. Production Planning, Supply Planning, Forecasting, Sales and Operations Planning, Analytics, SC Transformation, Digital Transformation, SC Excellence, or similar).
Soft and technical skills:
- Desire to always keep learning and/or improving.
- Taking initiative and actively proposing ideas/solutions to make the project “move ahead”.
- Knowledge of Supply Chain Planning principles (Production Planning, Supply Planning, Forecast, Sales and Operations Planning, Product Launch).
- Knowledge of Supply Chain Tools (SAP APO, Rapid Response/Kinaxis, Qlikview/Power BI or similar) would be a strong advantage.
Education:
- Master’s Degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, IT or other related field.
Languages:
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Spanish would be a plus.
