Production Manager Cash - SCIB Malaga

As a [ Production Service Manager ] , you will be accountable for the implementation, governance and reporting of the major Incident Management Process in Cash and Payments domain, the end to end business process follow up as run-the-bank and the management of transversal IT events with other domains.

We need someone like you to help us in different fronts:

• Implementation & Follow-up of Major Incident Management Process in our Domain
• Support Domain CIO in providing adequate governance on Production
• Major events coordination (markets cut-offs, end of day reconcilement,…)
• End to End business process follow-up and reporting
• Coordination and follow-up of VIP/VOP IT requests / incidents escalated
• Implementation and follow up of Level of Services: Definition of Service Level Agreements aligned on Domain Business chains
• Creation & follow up of User Survey Satisfaction
• Management of Transversal IT events with other domains, CIB Production Governance & Technical Services (Infrastructure Major events, disaster recovery plan)
• Set up of Reporting framework about Domain Production indicators & Key Business activities: Business representatives, CIO GTB, Product Teams Leaders, CIB Production Governance

EXPERIENCE

Background:

• Cash and Payments experience
• Good knowledge on Wholesale Banking environment (CIB) with Incident management experience in an operational position
• IT Production experience
• Knowledge of IT roles and functions
• ITIL Certified

Functional & Technical skills:

• Extended knowledge on CIB Business chains and processes
• Capability to discuss both with strategic managers and operational experts from all background (Business, Infra, run-the-bank, build) and levels.
• Technical skills basis

3-5 years of proven experience using the required technologies and skills

EDUCATION

Essential:
Degree in STEM education
ITIL certified

Desirable:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technologies or Computer Science
• Postgraduate program IT
