About the BRIDGE program
You will be a part of the PMI’s family during your 6+6 months long, full-time internship. During the program you will perceive monthly scholarship of 944€ (gross salary). You will have the opportunity to benefit from the fully paid online Master, validated and recognized by Universidad Camilo Jose Cela and Fundación Universitaria y de Empresa.

Your day to day
In Philip Morris we are seeking for an intern to join the recently created Center of Excellence in Real Estate. The Co E Real Estate is tasked with fulfilling our Global Real Estate Strategy, to design & deploy global strategy and tools aimed to deliver:
- A high-end fit for purpose office space offering to our employees across the world.
- A cost efficient and flexible Portfolio Management framework that delivers value, adaptability and accountability.
- Redesign the office space in a manner that will facilitate PMI’s transformation and introduce new ways of working.
- Reduce our carbon footprint and Increase sustainability
Who are we looking for
-
Degree in Engineering/Architecture/Economics/Business Administration – a real estate focus would be an advantage (master/degree). - Passion for the real estate industry.
- Proficiency in English required (both written and spoken) C1 level.
- Proficient in Microsoft suite especially in MS Excel & MS Power Point.
- Good Communicational skills.
- Based in Madrid and with an EU working permit.
- Interest in pursuing membership into RICS would be an advantage.
