About the job :

Resident Engineer for a global leader on sustaibnable mobility and technological partner.

On-site | Sant Andreu de la Barca | Resident Engineer

Responsibilities:

Lead and coordinate all activities related to customer desing check list
Create and maintain component and variant overviews
Create PDM sheets
Create overviews of ASSY
Coordinate and maintain the BON with the client's department
Create and maintain customer specific projects
Prepare or create ÄKO modification sheets
Attend to internal client meetings for all areas related to bumpers development
Prepare presentations for the different internal client meetings
Prepare and submit approval documents, including inspection reports
Prepare meeting agenda and minutes
For components subject to self-certification, prepare legally compliant documentation
Prepare type approval documentation
Develop recycling and recovery concept and documentation
Create and maintain project 2D drawings
Create homologation drawings
Create detailed exploded drawing of the constituent components of the product
Support desing team

What we are looking for:

Highly expereinced in plastic parts development
Proficient on Catia V5
Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English to effectively collaborate with team members and attend internal client meetings
Available on-site at Sant Andreu de la Barca, Catalonia, Spain
Good knowledge of plastic rules
Proactive and positive mindset
